[April 6, 2025] Daily Health Routine for Ages 40–60



🟦 Title:

“One Simple Morning Habit That Brought My Knees Back to Life at 50”


I used to think stiffness in the knees and hands was just a sign of aging.
But one day, a friend introduced me to a simple collagen + joint supplement.
I didn’t expect much — just added it to my morning glass of warm water.
